RE: UPDATE: Coronavirus precautions

With the continued concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we continue to review the information as it is delivered by the State and Federal Government Agencies. R&E Associates provides a service to our customers. The majority of our services can be accomplished via phone, and email, and even mail and our intention is to continue to provide our regular services—just in a different format. We expect that we can come very close to the level of service we provided prior to the COVID-19 outbreak --- with your help. As your Property Management Company, we continue to determine ways that we are able to meet the needs of all of our customers in a timely, safe and sanitary way. In addition to the information sent out in the first e-mail regarding COVID-19:

• R&E offices will be closed to all foot traffic into our office as a safety precaution until further notice.

• If stopping by to make a payment, please place them in the white locked mailbox located next to the door at the top of the ramp. We will have pens and envelopes for you to label and seal the payment. If a receipt is required, please specify where to send the receipt. If you generally pay by cash, please obtain a money order or bank check and mail to R&E Associates, 107 York Street, Kennebunk, ME 04043. If you must leave cash, please contact us via phone: 985-9740, and we will remove the payment from the box after you leave.

• If service is non-essential, please contact us and the work order will be scheduled when it is determined that it is safe to enter your unit. Some non-essential services may be performed if there is agreement between the owner and the R&E employee.

• We will respond to emergency calls, as usual via the emergency phone line. We will expect owners or tenants to respect the safety of our workers and communicate if it may be unsafe to enter a unit. We will then manage the emergency in a manner that is safe for everyone. Our employees have been instructed to practice social distancing, 6’ rule. They will regularly disinfect as needed.

• Condominium meetings will be performed via phone conferencing or will be postponed or cancelled. No meetings will be held in the R&E Conference room, or any other outside location until further notice

• Outdoor maintenance will continue as normal. Please be considerate of the maintenance personnel, and practice safe distancing.

Our hope is that, even though we may not be able to provide our services in the same way we did a month ago, we will still provide excellent service to meet the needs of our owners and tenants.

RE: Coronavirus and what we can and should be doing

At R&E Associates, Inc., our highest priority is the safety & wellness of our employees, and the
communities we serve. With the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking precautionary measures to ensure everyone’s safety. We will follow governmental guidelines as they become available and pertain to the work we do at R&E Associates.
As your Property Management Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality service during this time of uncertainty. In order to do this, we are making the following changes in the way we do business:

• If possible, do not visit our offices at York Street. Please contact R&E Associates via email,
text or phone. We will work diligently to ensure prompt response time.

• If service is non-essential, please contact us and the work order will be scheduled when it is
determined that it is safe to enter your unit.

• Condominium meetings will be performed via phone conferencing or will be postponed.

• Outdoor maintenance will continue as normal. Please be considerate of the maintenance
personnel, and practice safe distancing.

• Emergency service will continue. More communication will be required to ensure that our
personnel and the owners or tenants are protected.

Thank you for your patience as we work through these difficult times. We are working hard to
maintain normal levels of service, but please be patient as we work through the necessary changes required to meet the safety standards required to keep everyone healthy and safe. We thank you in advance of your cooperation.
